Real estate is a family business for me. I began my real estate career in 2006 the month after graduating high school. I attended CSUB and studied political science. I am A 3rd generation Realtor and built one of the most successful real estate teams in my marketplace selling over 2000 transactions in 10 years along with my mother and father. My fiancé is even an escrow officer so we love real estate.
In 2015, I was ready for a change and started investing full time. My primary business is assigning and wholetailing and fix and flipping. In 2020 we will do this over 120 times. I have a passion for raising private money to fund deals and new business ventures. I believe we all have the capability to have careers worth having and business worth owning, and that smart real estate investing is one of the keys to generational wealth.
