Dan has been a full-time real estate investor since 2008. He started he investing in the fix-n-flip, quick cash arena and turned 32 properties in 17 months. After his early successes, he converted to a buy and hold/cash flow model in late 2010 and currently owns and/or manages in excess of 40 properties.
When the market shifted in 2013, he began a focus on wholesaling properties and continues to wholesale properties today. Dan’s varied experiences within the real estate investing arena has given him a firm understanding of various REI element, including but not limited to REO, Short Sales, Owner Financing and Subject to and wholesale transactions.
