Why Are You Wasting Your Time and What Are You Really Paying For?

Most Realtors and real estate investors that I know are paying for leads in some form or fashion. Typically it is one of two ways that they are “paying”. They are either advertising in a variety of publications to bring new clients in OR they are paying some lead generation source to provide them with potential new clients.

So, my question to the hundreds of thousands of Realtors in these situations would simply be “What are you really paying for?”

Here is the way that I see it:


In a perfect world….You would only pay for a lead if it had the potential to turn into a client, which has the potential to turn into commissions.

So, if you are paying for hundreds of leads a month but only a fraction of them REALLY have the potential to turn into a client then again I ask….”What are you really paying for?”

I have a tendency to view things in a very pragmatic way and it seems to me that if I have to spend my time “digging” through hundreds of leads with the possibility of getting one or two each month that are ready to do business – not only have I invested money, but I have invested a tremendous amount of time too. All for a chance at one or two people.

WOW! What a waste of time, money, and energy.

Let me explain where I am going with all of this. We have Realtors all across the country now using our brand for one VERY simple reason.


Hundreds of thousands of Realtors are hurting in this real estate market because they cannot get anything to turn into commissions. They invest hundreds of hours nurturing some leads off of a website in hopes that they can push the client to a point of wanting to actually transact business.
