Is It Really Easy?

Yes and No.

I get asked this question a lot. Is it really as easy as we say it is to setup a Wholesale operation and make hundreds of thousands of dollars flipping real estate?

Yes. Yes. Yes.

However, it takes a lot of work on the front-end and a dedication to success. I’m always amazed at people that someone think that when someone uses the word “easy” – that it means “hassle free”, “no work involved”, etc.

When I use the word easy – I mean simple. I mean that there is a step-by-step process that can be followed and that will almost guarantee results regardless of the market that you are in.

You see – the road to success has been paved with failure. Meaning that people have tried things and fallen flat on their faces so that they could figure out what works, but just as importantly what doesn’t work. Along the way, these same successful people have typically found a formula for their business that works and can be replicated.

Here’s an example…..most of our most successful clients around the country use some form of scripting when they talk to sellers.

Why do they do this?

Well, because they have learned to deal with a sellers objections and issues through experience and in turn, have learned how to deal with those objections prior to even making the call. THEY KNOW THE OUTCOME BEFORE THEY EVER ENTER THE GAME. They have learned what works and replicated in a precise and easy to follow formula that virtually guarantees them a similar result every time.

This business is the same way.

There is a formula that we use in our own investment business that we have perfected. A methodical way of building our buyers lists, purchasing property, marketing to sellers, and servicing our customers. This predictable and easy to follow process allows us to create similar if not exactly the same outcome month after month.

So, when I tell our Mastermind Group that there is an easy way to build a money-making wholesale machine – I really mean simple and easy to follow step-by-step system.

It still requires a lot of work, persistence, dedication, and undying devotion and commitment to success.

Anyone that tells you anything different – is just not being honest with you.
