Do You Understand The Value That you Bring To The Market?

So, I just got off of the phone with one of the leading business consultants in the country. A gentleman that I admire and respect very much.

He made a comment, followed by a series of questions that were very profound and really got me thinking.

He asked me “Do you understand the REAL value that you are bringing to the market? AND Equally as important, “do your clients and the market understand it?”

I love it when I get the opportunity to talk to people that view our business from another angle. You see, this gentleman is a consultant to businesses all over the world. Some large, some small – many names that we would all recognize.

He was telling me about the issues that many businesses are facing in this tough environment. Yet, he looks at 1-800-SELL-NOW and emphatically states that “you guys have an unbelievable product at the perfect time. But, you have to let more people know that its out there. If Realtors and Short Sale Specialists knew, then they would come running.”

You see, we hear it everyday from our clients all over the country …. “what a great product and system that you guys have.” They commonly say, “it is almost too good to be true.”

The one caveat to these statements and the customers that express them is this…..they actually use the brand. They incorporate it into their current marketing in an effort to create a memorable marketing impression in their market that sellers will respond to.

If you don’t actually use the brand…..we can’t really help you.

SO back to the question.

I think that yes, I understand the real value that we bring and it is this…

There is an ENORMOUS value to having a truly motivated seller CALL YOU DIRECTLY. The value in having someone seek you out for your services and to be motivated enough to contact you and ask for help is IMMEASURABLE.

All of the wasted time, effort, and energy that Realtors and Investors dedicate to this one simple issue is such a shame. It really is this simple…..use 1-800-SELL-NOW and SELLERS WILL CALL YOU. They will be motivated, ready, and willing to work with you to get their house sold now.

The second “value” that we bring to the market is brand leverage. What is the value in someone hearing or seeing 1-800-SELL-NOW in one market and then calling the number about a home that they own in a separate market? As they say, real estate is local. So we route the sellers calls to the local representative of the home that they are selling, regardless of where they saw the advertisement or where they are calling from. SO….220+ markets with people advertising the same message….creates a vast “advertising web” and the branding power at that point is phenomenal. Our customers actively participate and benefit from this valuable branding asset – all over the country. They experience the true power of branding.

The 2nd question – Do our clients understand it and does the market understand it? Well, I know that the majority of our clients in over 220 markets understand it. Does the market in general? Probably not.

We have been very selective and methodical with our growth. We are picky about who we bring on to insure that the sellers calls are going to be answered and ultimately that the brand is protected.

After 4 years in business, we should probably and could be in over 500+ markets…. but we’ll be there soon enough. We just want to be there with people that will know how to work with motivated sellers and that know how to provide them with exceptional service.

I thought that the questions that were asked of me were very profound today and made me reflect on our business and think hard about 2009 and where we are going with 1-800-SELL-NOW. I invite you to do the same thing with you business as well.
