Crack The Code On Motivated Sellers
There Are Motivated Sellers Out There Despite The So-Called Real Estate Inventory Shortage
Many real estate investors are sitting around complaining about the current real estate market and the shortage of inventory. They are whining about the lack of motivated sellers and crying that there is little to find and, once found, too much competition to succeed.
In fact, the real estate inventory shortage and lack of motivated sellers is pretty much all anyone is talking about these days.
What if I told you there is something you can do about it?
What if I told you that this does not have to be an issue?
Look, it’s true. For most real estate investors, what was a killer deal in recent years, hell, even last year, is now just another property deal that they may or may not be able to get down on; and, the probability is that they won’t.
So, how do you win the game? Now that you’re dealing with higher prices, bidding wars, multiple offers, even lotteries for offers, you’ve got way too many people trying to jump on the same deals. Lots of people in this business are knocking their heads against the wall in frustration right now and you may be one of them.
Well, first off you’ve got to get out of frustration and into solution. Make a decision to get the competitive advantage you need. If you’ve been reading this blog, you’re already halfway there because you’ve learned that systems are the answer to your real estate investment prayers.
If you’ve been doing your homework at all, you know that the only way to get a jump on the competition is to have an edge. Whether that’s having access to cash buyers or private lenders, as was the edge you needed in the past or it’s getting a preemptive strike on the competition for available real estate, you know that having a secret weapon, or two, up your sleeve is the only way to excel in this business. When you have access to information that no one else has access to, you create the ultimate advantage for yourself. It is absolutely, without a doubt, the only way to create a scalable real estate investment business.
Bottom line is, for serious leverage and an even more serious advantage; you’ve got to have a handle on three things:
- Gathering Information
- Crunching Information
- Using Systems
A few years ago your biggest problem was financing. Cash Buyers and Private Money Lenders solved that. Now, your biggest problem is inventory.
Sure, you can spend hours and hours driving around looking for properties, doing research online, marketing like a madman, sending out letters and smiling while you’re dialing, but what if you just had a system in place?
Here’s what we know. Most of the really great deals are taking place “off market” and investment insiders are quietly gobbling them up. Situations like foreclosures, divorce, bank REOs, bad rentals, job loss, and death are all part of what we call a “crises market” and guess what, people; these kinds of situations are happening every single day and they are happening in the insider’s circle.
So what’s the magic formula? What is it that these real estate investment insiders know that you don’t?
They know that there is but one common denominator among all properties that are in foreclosure, in probate or listed.
Before anything else happens, they go vacant.
What would happen to your real estate investment business if you could find vacant properties (and I’m here to tell you there are THOUSANDS of them out there that no one else is aware of) before anyone else knows about them?
These vacant properties come with motivated sellers and, with access to the information you need to find them, you can get that edge you’ve been looking for to take your real estate investment business to the next level.

Now when you say vacant houses is that the same as absentee owners?
I’m thinking the list might be the same list I can get from like a list ability is that true?
If you look at the owners address sometimes its the same as the property address so if the home is vacant how can the owners receive the letters?
Vacants are not the same as absentee. Absentee just means that the owners address is not the same as property address. Vacants are where (through a series of databases, filters, and data points – we are able to verify that the property is empty).
Do you have information for the Anchorage, Alaska market as well?
