Cash Flow Properties And St. Jude – MemphisInvest Rocks The House
Cash flow properties flew out the door this past weekend in Memphis, Tennessee and St. Jude Children’s Charity was a BIG benefactor.
MemphisInvest.com, rocked the house this past weekend in TN, selling 23 houses in less than 48 hours to investors from all over the country. About 100 investors flew into Memphis to check out MemphisInvest.com and meet our team and the Clothier family.
We were really humbled by the HUGE turnout in Memphis, but I was really humbled by our very special “gala” Saturday Night to benefit St. Jude Children’s Charity. St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital is based in Memphis and my brother, Chris, had an idea back at the beginning of the year to make a donation from every house that we “closed” on from January 1 – May 10.
So, on Saturday night we presented a check on behalf of the Clothier family, MemphisInvest, and our friends at Fortune Builders to St. Jude for $61,000 and committed to donating an additional $1,000 from every house sold over the weekend ($23,000 more).
It was a very emotional and rewarding experience to say the least.
I often encourage all of our students to NOT focus on the “flipping” of the house and to identify and focus on your “Why”. Why are you doing this?
A BIG part of our “Why” as a family has evolved into giving back to a community and an industry that means so much to us. We demonstrate this through our products, our services, our trainings, our teams, and just as importantly …. our ability to support causes that are near and dear to our hearts.
I just want you to know that we appreciate each and every person that is on our list and a part of our “circle of influence”. It’s not about “selling” you education, trainings, websites, or even houses.
Our “Why” is a lot bigger than that and you’re a BIG part of that.

bank said no! after a mos. of waitng for an answer, they said no! no more REI flipping
