This is a dream role designed specifically for two types of people:

a) A junior sales person with proven sales success who is looking to take his/her sales career to the next level of performance and pay.

b) An aspiring salesperson who has a high aptitude for sales and wants to learn sales the “right way” from expert sales mentors within a proven training system.

1) THIS IS NOT A LAME "PHONE SALES REP" GIG. You know what I mean…The gig where every day you drive into an office you don't want to be at, push a product you don’t believe in, and become more and more un-fulfilled every day. This is a role that stimulates you, challenges you, fulfills you, and allows you to grow substantially if you've got what it takes.

You’ll put your sales skills to the test with inbound lead handling, setting appointments, and closing deals. MORE ABOUT THIS ROLE:

1) MULTIPLE SALES OPPORTUNITIES. We’re hiring for multiple sales roles including inbound lead handling, appointment setting, and closing. If you think you’re amazing in any of these areas, then we want to hear from you.

2) HIGH ACHIEVER. You must be a high-achiever who is constantly striving to step up your game and get better in the field of Sales. This position is not for someone who wants a "cushy" sales job. If you're this person, please stop reading now. 4) PHOENIX. Our sales office and your potential new desk are in Phoenix. To be on our team you must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven, junior sales experience or proven aptitude for sales
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to hit the ground running, learn fast, adapt quickly and most importantly take coaching
  • Phenomenal on-the-phone and in-person communication skills
  • Instantly build rapport with all kinds of people
  • No fear of rejection (a confidence that you know what you're doing is right)
  • Persistence, persistence, persistence - tons of follow-up, not scared of making 80+ follow-up calls per day if that’s what your role requires
  • ​Incredibly organized and detail oriented
  • Good email writing skills
  • Honest, RELIABLE, and loyal (do what you say you will)
  • Effective and efficient use of computer (able to work well within our CRM system)

Customer Service


The role of the customer service is to assess client's needs and solve their problem using company services and resources. Customer service resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and finally, following up to ensure resolution.

The main job duties of our customer service team include answering inbound phone calls and customer support tickets within Zendesk to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Outbound calls are made daily. Daily outbound calls include welcome calls to all new clients, as well as, payment decline collection calls and refund and cancel request save calls.

Customer service representatives work with the customer service manager to ensure all clients have a stellar customer experience. As part of the REWW team, customer service representatives are at the forefront of service delivery. You work day-in and day-out with our customers solving problems and informing them of products that contribute to the achievement of their business goals.

You must be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment, work independently, understand and adapt new technologies and have fun talking with strangers regularly.

  • Conduct technical demonstrations of software to customers
